Tourism marketer, Tim Henshall, has spoken of his delight at his portrait sculpture expertly crafted by talented ceramic artist, Gillie Nicholls.
"I found the entire process incredible. From seeing a featureless 'blob' of clay, Gillie has used her immense talent to mould it into an incredible likeness of me".
The project took a little over three weeks from initial measurements to deliver of the finished piece, which included a week for the sculpture to dry ahead of being fired in the kiln.
"Gillie's work is simply outstanding. Not only does the sculpture look just like me, the way she has captured my spirit and personality is just incredible. It was a delight to sit and watch a professional at work."
